This utility process "migrates" all process schedules from one Basic Runtime to another using the Boomi Platform's API. This can be useful when migrating to a new runtime (e.g. Basic Runtime to Runtime Cluster; Basic Runtime to Cloud) and you wish to maintain the same schedule configuration.

There are several important assumptions and considerations:

• The set of deployed processes are the same between the Source and Target Basic Runtimes.

• Any processes deployed to the Target Basic Runtime that were not deployed to the Source Basic Runtime will have their schedule configuration removed.

• "Simple" schedules will be converted to "Advanced" (cron-like syntax).

• The Process Schedules update is effectively an "upsert": it will add or replace the existing schedule configuration.

• The Source and Target Basic Runtime do not need to be online.

Boomi Platform API: Migrate Process Schedules Process

This process is designed to update process schedules on a Target Basic Runtime. It retrieves schedule information from a Source Basic Runtime, processes it and updates the schedules on the Target Basic Runtime.
