The 'Could not create process execution directories' is caused by a file/subdirectory limit issue.

All process executions are stored in the <atom_install_directory>/execution/history/<execution_date> directory. You can store approximately 32,000 process executions per day per account in this directory.

Here are the details :
  •           Review the execution folder and check for the number of files being created.

  •           Renaming the current execution folder to .old and restarting the atom  will resolve the error in most cases. An additional option would be to upgrade the Linux file system.
