Failed to connect to host caused by: Auth fail

When you receive the following error :

"Severe errors occurred during start shape execution, terminating process.; Caused by: Failed to connect to host: test-iqn-mft01.iqnavigator.com on port 822. Exception message is: Auth fail; Caused by: Auth fail"

1.Verify if the credentials being used are valid.

2.Verify the connection from the atom server using third party tools like Filezilla client using the same set of credentials that are used in the connection component.

3.Check if there had been any password/key changes on the site that you're attempting to connect to.

4.Check if there is a server cert issue between Boomi and the client site if SSH certificates are used.
