AtomSphere Account Locked

After six (6) invalid login attempts your AtomSphere account is locked.
A user is allowed a maximum of 6 invalid login attempts before their account is locked. After the third unsuccessful attempt a warning message is displayed indicating a limit of three more attempts to login before their account is locked. If the user is able to login successfully before the sixth attempt, the count will be reset.

 

Once an account is locked because of too many login failures, the account will remain locked until the user selects the "Help I forgot my password" link on the login screen and resets their password.  This may be done from https://platform.boomi.com, enter your user name and click on the "Help. I forgot my password." link.
The link to reset the password will be sent to the email address associated with the users account and is only valid for 30 minutes.

 

Dell Boomi Support is not able to unlock your account due to security reasons.
