Only the first instance of an element gets mapped

Check the "Max Occurs" value on that element.

 

In a recent case, this value was set to 1.  In this case, only the first occurrence of this element from the inbound data was mapped to the output.

 

If there are multiple, uniquely identified instances of a particular element, this looping still needs to be defined as "unbounded"
