Why can't I get to Custom Roles in User Management?

The Custom Roles tab in Setup --> User Management is greyed out.
The Custom Roles feature is part of Advanced User Security, which is available in the Enterprise and Enterprise Plus Editions, and as an add-on to the Professional and Professional Plus Editions. Please consult with your Dell Boomi Account Manager or Sales Representative to have this functionality enabled.
