Can Support reset a password for me?

Need a password re-set.  Can support perform this task for me?
Dell Boomi personnel cannot reset passwords. The individual associated with the email address used in the login attempt will need to click on the "Help I forgot my password" link on the login page. A link to reset the password will be sent to the email address associated with the login.

 

Please note that the link to reset the password is only valid for 30 minutes. If the user does not reset their password within that time period, they will have to click on the "Help I forgot my password" link in the login page again to get a new link emailed to them.
