Executing a process either in Test Mode, or in Production and process execution fails with a Null Pointer Exception, (NPE).  Now what do I do?
A Null Pointer Exception, (NPE) indicates that an error has occurred, but that the error has not been successfully trapped so that it can be described.  You should ALWAYS open a Support Case for a NPE error.  The Support Engineer may be able to assist you in determining the cause, however this type of error should always be sent to the engineering group for review and correction.
As is the case with any Support case submission, you should include the Process URL, the execution ID if the process is deployed to an atom and failing, and logs files if possible.
