Unable to view HTTP Status Dashboard

The dashboard options for a particular account are as in the following screenshot, when only the Account dashboard is available for it.

However, the account user would like to have access to the HTTP Status dashboard as well.

For the HTTP Status dashboard to be available, the Web Services/SOA feature needs to be enabled for corresponding account.
This can be done by contacting the respective sales representative.
