All requests for changes to the provisioning of your account such as adding connectors or switching a license between connector classes, such as switching a standard license to a small business license should be sent to your Boomi Account Sales Representative.
Boomi Support does not have the ability or authority to provision Boomi Accounts. 
Please contact your Boomi Sales Account Representative for assistance with provisioning of accounts.
