How am I informed of a Boomi Platform or Atom Cloud issue?

How do I find out if there is an issue with the Dell Boomi Platform or Atom Cloud?
When we experience a service disruption or performance issue, we maintain an informational message our trust site. We add a message to this site as soon as we are aware of an issue. Please check our trust site for updates regarding both the AtomSphere Platform and the Atom Cloud.


Scheduled maintenance is posted in the Notifications tab and an operational email will be sent if there is any impact to our customers, i.e. platform down time. 
Emergency maintenance is also posted in the Notifications tab and an operation email is sent to our customers.


The Notifications tab also contains our release schedule for both Release Control and our Full Release Date.
