You are a customer or consultant of SuccessFactors (an SAP company) and are using Dell Boomi as part of their packaged solution. How should you get support for Dell Boomi products?

 

Per Dell Boomi’s partnership agreement with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP SuccessFactors handle all support calls for their customers. Whether the issue is purely SuccessFactors or only Dell Boomi, they have experts that can help provide support.
