Process executions not showing in process reporting tab.

Client was unable to process executions in the process reporting page.
Confirmed that no inbound or outbound communications from or to the platform were blocked.
Server hosting the atom that was experiencing the issue had invalid time set for timezone.
Corrected the time on the server and the atom was able to send and create execution log files on the platform.
