An existing partner user with Administrator privileges can add new partner users to their AtomSphere account by following the steps at this link:

The existing partner user may also need to add the new partner user in PRM if they are going to be responsible for provisioning accounts. To do this, they will need to contact their Dell Boomi partner account manager.
If the new user will need access to the Dell Boomi Customer Support Portal (to access AtomSphere -> Help & Feedback -> Support & Community), the existing user should open a new case in the portal requesting that the new user be added to the portal as well. Within the case, please include the new user's full name, email address and the AtomSphere Account ID. The Account ID is available in AtomSphere -> Setup -> Account Information
If the existing user is unable to create a case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the above information to submit the request.
