How to connect to non-production Zuora tenants

If you need to connect to Zuora application tenants other than production and apisandbox, you can do so by configuring the Zuora Connection component with a slightly different URL syntax.

However the need for this is very rare because tenant instances other than production and apisandbox are typically not made available to end customers. The need to connect usually arises for testing new Zuora functionality earlier in the Zuora application release cycle.

You will need to contact Zuora support to obtain the exact domain and resource path for the instance to which you wish to connect.
For production and apisandbox, configure the Zuora Connection component URL field with of the following values, respectively: To connect to a different endpoint, configure the URL with a slightly more specific URL:
  •           Although the connector will connect to the other endpoint, it will still reference the WSDL from apisandbox that is embedded in the Zuora connector.
  •           Also regardless of the version number specified in the URL the connector will still use the WSDL version embedded statically within the connector. This cannot be changed. See the reference guide article for the version contained with the connector:
