How should I make SSO Options available for my Account?

SSO Options tab do not appear on the Setup page even for the Account Administrators. That means SSO Option is not enabled for the Account.
SSO Option:
This feature is part of Advanced User Security, which is available in the Enterprise and Enterprise Plus Editions, and as an add-on to the Professional and Professional Plus Editions. Please consult with your Dell Boomi sales representative to have this functionality enabled.
