Caused by: com.boomi.connector.ConnectorException: Error precessing QBXML response:Authentication failed -- Status Code:2000--ERROR:Application agent not found SOME VALUE

This error could be caused by:

  1. The Application Connection Ticket value configured in the AtomSphere Connection component is incorrect.
  2. The QuickBooks Connection was not configured to Turn OFF Login Security.

To resolve, perform the following:

  1. Make sure the proper Connection Ticket value obtained from the "Get Connection Ticket" QuickBooks Online Connection Setup wizard is correctly copied into the QuickBooks Connection component. If necessary, obtain the Connection Ticket again by clicking the "Get Connection Ticket" link and go through the QuickBooks Online Connection Setup wizard, and select your previously-created connection to view the ticket again. Carefully copy and paste the value into the Application Connection Ticket field in the QuickBooks Connection.
    1. Note: When going through the QuickBooks Online Connection Setup wizard, be sure to follow the steps in the QuickBooks Connection reference guide.
    2. Note: The "SOME VALUE" (could be blank) represents the value currently configured in the Widget. This can be helpful in understanding if there was a problem copying and pasting.
  2. Return to the QuickBooks Online Connection Setup wizard and create a New Connection. On the security screen, be sure to choose No, turn OFF Login Security to allow the Atom to connect automatically. Complete the wizard and copy and paste the new Connection Key into the Application Connection Ticket field in the QuickBooks Connection.
