Trading Partner shapes do not read correctly source data if the segment terminators are anything but the standard, such as horizontal ellipses, (...), or [\u2026]. It is not always possible to massage and pre-process the source data due to the volume of messages, possible concurrency, multiple files coming in from multiple vendors, etc.
- On myCompany Trading Partner, on the Communication tab, under Data Processing Options, choose Search/Replace:
- Search: [\u2026]
- Replace: ~ (tilde)
- On the outbound to the customer, on the Communication tab, under Data Processing Options, choose Search/Replace:
- Search: ~ (tilde)
- Replace: [\u2026]
