[Cause]

One of the most common causes of this issue is using incorrect syntax when changing or adding to the LDAP.User.attributes line in the properties file.

Solution

Make sure you are adding the correct/supported LDAP attributes to your custom properties file. You also need to make sure there are no white spaces in between the attributes you are adding/changing.

Correct example:

LDAP.User.attributes=sn,givenName,telephoneNumber,o_objectGUID,distinguishedName,displayName,cn,userPrincipalName

Incorrect example:

LDAP.User.attributes=sn,givenName,telephoneNumber, o_objectGUID, distinguishedName, displayName, cn, userPrincipalName
