Dell Boomi User Guide defines the URL as https://webservices.autotask.net/atservices/1.5

Depending on what zone your Autotask account was set up, the URL & WSDL will need to contain the zone variation code just after the webservices as showed in example below:

America East: https://webservices3.autotask.net/atservices/1.5

America West: https://webservices5.autotask.net/atservices/1.5

If you don’t know the code, you should be able to login to your account and find that out in your settings. If you can’t find it you may contact Autotask Support and they will provide the Zone#, version# (1.5 or higher), and also if the user has permission to consume the API.

Another way of finding the proper URL is to feed your username through the Web Services SOAP client connector with WSDL below and object ‘getZoneInfo’:

https://webservices.autotask.net/atservices/1.5/atws.wsdl

The response (as shown below) will contain the URL with proper zone#, in this case ‘15’

Therefore in your Autotask connector you will need to use URL: https://webservices15.autotask.net/atservices/1.5
