On October 13, 2018 between 3:00 AM EDT to 7:00 AM EDT (7:00 AM UTC - 11:00 AM UTC), Dell Boomi will be performing maintenance and will be updating the SSL certificate for, due to a proposal from Google to reissue certificates which were created prior to March 15, 2018. More information can be found here.

If you had loaded the past certificate in an external application to communicate with processes (specifically web service server listener) deployed on the EU Atom Cloud, you may need to load the new public certificate, which has been attached to this article. If you use Boomi process to trigger the listener that is deployed on EU Atom Cloud, you will need to create a Certificate Component from the attached SSL certificate, and deploy the Certificate Component to EU Atom Cloud. If you have Trading Partners that encounter errors communicating with your AS2 listener processes executing in EU Atom Cloud, those Trading Partners should obtain the applicable updated certificate as well.

Please make sure to update the certificate right after we update the certificate on our side. If you update the certificate prior to our update, you will likely get PKIX error when communicating with processes deployed on the EU Atom Cloud. After the update, we are not going to maintain both old SSL certificate and new SSL certificate. You will need to update the SSL certificate to ensure successful connections to endpoint.
