I want to pick up files that end with both .csv and .CSV using a disk get operation. How can this be done?

You can set the (File Matching Type:) setting in the Disk operation to Regular Expressions and use this pattern:

Note that java regexes have a "case-insensitive" option which can be turned on with the regex syntax "(?i)". thus Varun's answer can be simplified to:
that's all supposed to be one line, dunno why it's getting mangled.
