Text to Find: ,
Replace with: [\r][\n]
That should do it.

I had tried this option before, but it did not completely . When i use this option it will display the output as below which is not required.

What is your desired output?
Typically with columns-to-rows conversions you will end up creating an intermediate profiles (XML often works best for this) and manually define the output element(s) as many times as you have columns. This allows you to map each source column explicitly to one of the destination elements. You would need to "map" the column headers by configuring them as default values on the respective destination elements directly.
Then in your next map--presumably to your ultimate destination format--you would simply need to map from the very first element instance and the profile parser will automatically loop through them.
Logically the profile would look like this:
Which in your example would be populated like this:
<field name="First Name">Mary</field>
<field name="Last Name">Jones</field>
<field name="Shoe Size">6.5</field>

Input flat file :
First Name,Last Name,Shoe Size,City,State,Zip
Desired output flat file :
City,Jersey City,Austin,Wilton Manors
In my case my desired output is flat file and not an XML profile.
