Also, another question on installation is -
step4 of this document asks to enter atomosphere username and password. We currently have a atom running that was installed 2 years ago, how do we know what is the atmosphere username & password it is using? we want to use the same username & password for the new installation.

The AtomSphere credentials that you enter are only used at installation time to retrieve the list of accounts that the user has access to, so you can associate the Atom with the right account.
Once the Atom is up and running
authentication back to the Boomi platform is achieved via SSL
, not by using the installation username and password.
And just to make a further distinction, these credentials are unrelated to the Linux/Windows system credentials that the Atom service runs as on the local server.
You can determine which username was used with the original install by searching for "username" in the installation.log file (found in <installation_directory>\.install4j).

Hi Richard, thanks for your help. Per this instruction
mysql jar should be added to usrlib/database folder in the installation directory.
attached is the screenshot of our installation directory. should I create usrlib folder in this directory?

If the userlib/ folder does not exist, you should create a userlib/ and a database folder below that (usrlib/database) and place the mysql jar in that folder. You will need to restart the atom after making this change.
