A process which has the "ALLOW SIMULTANEOUS EXECUTIONS" checked. Is there any restriction on the number of simultaneous executions of the same process per atom/molecule ?

Specifically the parameters for the simultaneous and forked executions. The simultaneity will be limited by the resources of the Atom.
I don't believe so.
There is an Atom/Node property that can set a limit to the total number of simultaneous executions, but it's not specific to a particular process; it just limits the overall process count for an Atom/Node. This setting is defaulted to unlimited.
