Cross Reference Tables: Return multiple rows

My use case if to do a Select query like this with one parameter that is an array of strings

SELECT eventId,type,organisationName from Jobs where type in ?

E.g. select eventRef,type,organisationName from Placementsheet_PermJob where type in ('1FA','1PB');

I am using a Cross Reference Table to get the ist of parameters as an array; but it returns only the first row row (When I use a '=' instead of 'in' ). Is it possible to return all rows from the cross refrence table?

Cross Reference Table:

IBIS_CODEIS_BACKOUT
1PB TRUE
1PA FALSE
1TA FALSE
1RA FALSE
1FA FALSE
1FB TRUE

Filter: IS_BACKOUT=FALSE

Thanks a lot Guys ! This is my first query in this forum !
