Database send operation batch count

Hi!

In the database operation documentation, the following is stated about send operation batch count:

Database operation:

Batch CountSets the number of rows to commit. When blank (and the Commit Option is set to Number of Rows), there is no limit. All rows in the document are then processed at the end as a single commit.

Problem: When I set the batch count to "blank", save and close the operation, and reopen it, Batch count is set to "0" (zero).

Does Batch count = zero mean that "All rows in the document are then processed at the end as a single commit." or is each row in incoming documents committed separately?
