i want to send data to many mails .
so can i use many no.of to mails in a single mail connector.
you do this by seperating the emails by ";" in the TO Adress field, this can be done by setting the parameter for the "Mail - To Address" in a Set properties Shape before the Email connector:
However, it is recommended as far as I know that if you have a large number of email addresses to send the email to a single email group instead. I do not find a specified number when the Connector "had enough" but perhaps someone from Boomi can give you a best recommendation if you are handling large number of emails, and you do not want to use a email group.
thanks for suggestion,
in that multiple mails i want to send to single mail .
Sorry I do not fully understand you now? What do you mean?
my poc is child attendance in a school,
if a child enters the class with his/her tag,
the system should send mail alert to particular child parent as we stored total childrens mails in the school data base.
Ok, it sounds like a pretty straightforward implementation but your original question was how to send single email to multiple recipients rights? How is your last comment connected to that? Since the last part sounds like you would have some lookup on the tag to get the corresponding email address(es) and send the email to them?
Yes, exactly what i required.
Ok, then just setup the Lookup then, however that is stored (database, web service or whatever) to get one or many email addresses, and combine these into the "Mail - To Address" property and then the email should be sent to them. Does this answer your question?
lookup may be helpful , so let me try.
I would suggest that you keep the questions in the forum seperated, meaning that if I have answered your question about how to send emai lto multiple recipients you mark that answer that was answering the question as correct and then if you face new issues with the other parts of the development of the integration you create a new question for this =) Good luck with the development.
Thank you for your suggestion.
