if a molecule has number of nodes why the first node is taken as head why the other nodes are not taken as head
The way the clustering technology works is there needs to be head node that performs certain "administrative "duties. Headship is determined based on an algorithm in the event the head node becomes unavailable and it needs to be passed to another node. However because you start nodes individually, the first node that comes online will naturally become the head node because it's the only one.
