I am evaluating my Input XML Profile (Quote) to a PO in Cache.
How can I do this using Business Rule component.
Is there any other Component I can use to compare my input profile element with cache element?
Alrite ! I created a quick video since, I found this use case to be interesting https://community.boomi.com/message/8018 - YouTube
What are you trying to evaluate ? Cache is used for temporary storage of documents to refer later in the process. Can you provide more information around your use case ?
I am getting a PO from the distributor through web services.
I have to compare the PO price and Quantity with the Quote in Salesforce. If there is a match I will accept the PO. If not return an error message to the distributor.
Great use case and you are thinking in the right direction. Can you share the sample from the PO web service response and the SF Quote XML after masking the data. I can put together something real quick for you.
Thanks a lot Thameem.
This was exactly what I was looking for.
Nice video Thameem,
Simple but interesting scenario matching from profile element to doc cache....but sometimes it can be confusing... so good one again.
Thanks Ashvin for watching the videos. Appreciate your comment !

I was able to move forward with this solution however I am stuck again.
Here is the current Scenario:
I receive the PO from a web service call I split the PO by lines because I have to compare each line with the corresponding Quote in SFDC.
I then have the Business rules to compare the product, and quantity and price.
After the business rule i have a combine document process and then a Salesforce create component.
The issue here is if my PO has 6 lines and 5 lines were accepted and 1 rejected. The Order still gets created with 5 lines.
I want to be able to reject the whole PO.
Can you please advise.
I would try to perform the SFDC quote comparison using the business rules WITHOUT splitting so that the document remains a single logical record?
