How to convert cloud atom system date (EDT) to PDT. Using yyyy.MM.dd G 'at' HH:mm:ss z date format but still getting output in EDT. All other systems are in PDT except Boomi Atom
Yes, even I observed this.
yyyy.MM.dd G 'at' HH:mm:ss z should give the date in PDT, but Boomi printing EDT Time as :
2016.08.04 AD at 16:51:43 EDT yyyy.MM.dd G 'at' HH:mm:ss z
May be is it a bug?
Hey Atul Gupta,
Provide us some additional info..
How are you trying to achieve this? I presume you are just referring to documentation example...
But the thing to remember is this date format is related to Atom/Molecule/Cloud timezone where it is running.
Just for your info here are some points from documentation:
"The internal format does not contain a time zone offset. The implied time zone is that of the server on which the Atom, Molecule, or Cloud is running."
Provide additional details so that I can help you out in resolving this...
Firstly stop your atom server and then you need to change atom server time zone as required and then try to restart then you will achieve this.
As I already specified default timezone will be your system defined time zone for atom too..
Hope this clears your confusion.
