XML Profile Mapping Issue

I have the following source XML profile

<employee>

      <LegalName>
            <First>string</First>
            <Middle>string</Middle>
            <Last>string</Last>
      </LegalName>
      <PreferredName>
            <First>string</First>
            <Middle>string</Middle>
            <Last>string</Last>
      </PreferredName>

<employee>

My target XML profile is as follows.

<PersonalData>

   <NAME_TYPES>
        <TYPE>XYZ</TYPE>
        <NAMES>
          <TYPE>XYZ</TYPE>
          <LAST_NAME>XYZ</LAST_NAME>
          <FIRST_NAME>XYZ</FIRST_NAME>

      </NAMES>

</NAME_TYPES>

</PersonalData>

For LegalName from source the target TYPE will be constant value of "PRI" and for PreferredName the target TYPE will be constant value of "PRF". NAME_TYPES in the target is defined as max occurs = unbounded.

How do I map this scenario ? More than one field from the left have to map to the same field on the right.

Thanks

DS.
