Unable to open socket file: target process not responding or HotSpot VM not loaded

We are seeing multiple times on daily basis in our molecule container logs below warnings

We are suspecting... JVM's Spanned from a Main Process or    Head Node JVM to JVM's running on other is loosing interaction frequently and causing 

 

Please explain ..what situations we will see these errors ..what is causing
