Question about Identifier Instances

I have the following XML input structure:

<Accounts>
 <Account>
   <AccountName>Jansen</AccountName>
   <AccountNumber>1000</AccountNumber>
   <Parameter>Address</Parameter>
   <Value>Berkenlaan 2A</Value>
   <Parameter>TelephoneNumber</Parameter>
   <Value>+31(0)546534456</Value>
   <Parameter>CustomerType</Parameter>
   <Value>Wellness</Value>
 </Account>
 <Account>
   <AccountName>Tilanus</AccountName>
   <AccountNumber></AccountNumber>
   <Parameter>POBox</Parameter>
   <Value>1212</Value>
   <Parameter>ZIPCode</Parameter>
   <Value>7611AM</Value>
   <Parameter>CustomerType</Parameter>
   <Value>BtB</Value>
  </Account>
 </Accounts>

This structure always contains pairs of data sets with this structure:

<Parameter>Name of the parameter</Parameter>
<Value>The contents of the parameter above</Value>

I would like to use the following mapping:

<Account>
<AccountName>------------------------------------AccountName
<AccountNumber>---------------------------------AccountNumber
<Parameter>Address</Parameter>
<Value>Berkenlaan 2A</Value>----------------Address
<Parameter>TelephoneNumber</Parameter>
<Value>+31(0)546534456</Value>------------TelephoneNumber
<Parameter>CustomerType</Parameter>
<Value>Wellness</Value>------------------------CustomerType
<Parameter>POBox</Parameter>
<Value>1212</Value>------------------------------POBox
<Parameter>ZIPCode</Parameter>
<Value>7611AM</Value>--------------------------ZipCode

I know that I can use Identifier Instances in the XML profile, but I don't know how to get access to the next <Value> line
in the structure. Does anyone has an example for me how I can create a mapping on a clever way?

Thanks in advance.
