Issue connecting to Dynamics 365 with CRM connector

I'm attempting to establish a connection to Dynamics 365 using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector.  When I test the connection I get a generic error message "Unable to browse connector: Could not retrieve object types: com.boomi.connector.api.ConnectorException: Could not retrieve a new security token: com.boomi.connector.api.ConnectorException: A Fault occurred but no error details were returned. Raw error message is: An error occurred when verifying security for the message.; Caused by: Could not retrieve a new security token: com.boomi.connector.api.ConnectorException: A Fault occurred but no error details were returned. Raw error message is: An error occurred when verifying security for the message.; Caused by: A Fault occurred but no error details were returned. Raw error message is: An error occurred when verifying security for the message."

 

I'm following the details from - Microsoft DynamicsCRM connector .

 

Our current edition is On-premises 2016 with IFD.  I'm using a user name and password with sufficient permissions.

 

I'm looking for some suggestions on this error and next steps.
