I am not able to import data from flat file, tried almost every possible combination, I have attached screenshot for the configuration option and flat file
Text Qualifier configuration is wrong in the above flat file. You have to choose Double Quote in the Text Qualifier and you could import your data in the flat file profile successfully.

Happy Exploring Boomi.
The import button is indeed greyed out no matter what options you set. It becomes available once you select Record. First set your options accordingly, then go back to the Data Elements tab and select Record. I'm able to import a flatfile based on your screenshot (without Text Qualifier as well).
We could import without any issues. But the thing is we could not import exactly because we have chosen the file Delimiter as Comma Delimited
and there are certain fields in that flat file with enclosed in double quotes separated by commas. So, While importing the boomi understands wherever it finds comma, it thinks that it is new column and then separate them thinking that it is a field. But ideally it should not, right? All the value that is enclosed in the double quotes is a single field value.
And in the configuration that was provided there is no where specified the text qualifier is double quote. If we specify the double quote, then boomi understands that whatever the value enclosed in the double quotes is a single field value and thus it loads the file exactly. Otherwise it imports but it adds more columns which is not correct and desired.
Please see the screenshot for the double quote enclosed fields highlighted in yellow.
So, the Text Qualifier specified as N/A is wrong as er the above file.
