I messing around it from quite a while , I am tring to add filter or conditions on Database connector/ profile.
Is there any way around this to acomplish this task ?
1. Create and test your query.
2. Replace any 'WHERE column = Value' with 'column = ? ' in the query script for the profile
2. Add Parameters for each ? in the profile in the order in which they appear in the script.
3. Populate the parameters for the connection with constants, profile elements, etc
See this for more detail Database Integration Guide
Would you have a suggestion on how to do this with a list of values?
Boomi passes in the parameters as strings so you have to use a Stored Procedure to create and execute a dynamic SQL statement
PROCEDURE [TestDynQuery]@List AS VARCHAR(100) ASBEGIN
DECLARE @Qry VARCHAR(500);
Set @Qry = 'SELECT F1, F2 '+ 'FROM T1 '+ 'WHERE T1.F1 IN (' + @List + ')'
Your create the @List parameter, something like 'X1','X2,'X3', and store in a property that is set to be the parameter for the operation
In the connector chose Stored Procedure
Using the technique you can create very complex statements by passing in pieces of code, or parameters that select pieces of code in your stored procedure that are assembled into a dynamic SQL statement and then executed
