AtomsphereAPI:  ParentEnvironment element of Environment Query Response

Two questions, actually, but they're related.

When querying Environments via Atomsphere API, there is a parent environment property.  This seems to indicate environments can be nested?

The second question I have, is there a way to better organize environments, perhaps in folders, or hiding?  Or, if I have to delete an environment can it be restored somehow?
