SuccessFactor Employee central : issue while access SFEC connection

I am trying to connect SF EC through Dell Boomi.

1. While Importing in connector operation I am getting error : Unable to browse connector: access denied ("java.util.logging.LoggingPermission" "control") . I am using Dell Boomi Test Atom  Browse in SuccessFactor import wizard.

2. I can access SF EC if I select cloud cloud browse in option in SuccessFactor import wizard.


All roles and authorization are assigned to user. I have white listed IP address.
