Does anyone knows which Object of Atmosphere API supports to get the list of process deployed in ATOM along with their components?

If what Darwin Collins suggested does not retrieve enough data for you the you can look at the "component" folder on the atom/molecule you want to report on. This folder contains XML files representing all components that are deployed, or have been run in Test Mode, to that atom/molecule.
It will take some work to parse it all out into a report, but the XMLs have all the data you should need to determine all of their sub-components. I have actually built a Power BI report that pulls data from files in that location. With that report so far I can do things like:
