How to specify Oracle JDK while installing Local Atom

Hi,

We are trying to Install Local Atom in Linux machine. This VM already has openJDK installed.

java -version shows this.

Since Boomi recommends to use Oracle JDK, we have downloaded latest version of Java from Oracle and kept it in a different folder.

When we install Atom, it automatically picks up OpenJDK.

1. Can we tweak the installation process to use Oracle JDK ?

or

2. Is there anyway to change the java from OpenJDK to Oracle JDK after the atom is installed ?

Please let me know if additional details are required in addressing this issue.

Thanks,

Srikanth
