Why error email alerts takes more than 15 minutes to send an email?
Note:- Is it because of training account or default functionality?
From the training materials, they are queued and sent in batches. I believe that this amount of delay is normal.
If it is licensed account then all errors are reported within the 15 minutes?
Sorry, I don't know of any SLA related to those event notifications. Myself, wish that certain ones like 'atom is offline' are sent immediately, since that was part of the selling point to management and (imho) a big difference between other integration packages. If I remember correctly, there is another thread about this same topic, and there were suggestions and options related to receive error notifications and monitoring.
The email alert will come within 5 minutes usually.
