Is there an available service to download the Atom installer?

I am in the process of automating the process to deploy Atom(s) for any of our individual lines of business using AWS, CloudFormation, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. As part of the automation, you can execute commands & scripts at startup time for the AWS instance (i.e. cfn-init). I would like the ability to retrieve the latest version of atom_install64.sh using a Rest service. Is there a service available in which I can use to automate this process (as opposed to manually downloading to a PC, uploading to Bitbucket, then retrieving in my AWS instance via a S3 bucket). Currently, the manual process is not working as the atom install file appears corrupted by the time we need to execute (corrupted zip file?). An available service using wget or curl would be preferable as it would eliminate the manual steps and ensure we are using the most recent version of the script.
