Cannot install atom on Windows 7 machine

Rather new here, so hopefully this isn't too stupid a question.

 

Trying to run the 64 bit atom installer on a Win 7 machine.  It fails every time trying to download JRE.  Here is a snippet from the logs:

 

No JRE included

There is no antivirus or firewall on the box, so not sure what to do next.  Thoughts?
