Event Log download from Boomi Atomsphere

Hi - I am experiencing something weird while trying to download the Event Log process. 

 

When I am running the event log process keeping the last run time greater than 3 Hours of the current time, I am getting the below error in the step which connects to Boomi Atomspehere to query for the event object. 

 

“Failed processing original documents i1i in the AtomSphere_API_boomiadmin connector: com.boomi.connector.api.ConnectorException: [Unspecified fault message] Unspecified fault message” 

 

While running the process keeping the last run time less than 3 Hours of the current time, the process is running fine.
