Any idea why Process executions are not listed in Process Reporting for one of the node on Molecule

Question asked by rajeev.vaishya298014 on Jun 20, 2018

We are having an issue where the process executions are not being listed for one of the node. We have 2 nodes in a molecule and only one node is having this issue. The other one seems to be fine.

This was working fine just few days ago and started having this issue since Friday (June 15, 2018). Anyone knows what can be the cause of this issue?

I can see too many files in the 'process-track' folder for the above node -

message/process-track/10_24_10_61$ ls |wc -l

Here is what I see in the logs -
Jun 18, 2018 10:11:45 PM CEST SEVERE [com.boomi.message.SendMessageTask sendMessages] [SendMultiSolrMessageTask[process-track;Account[meltwater-XCT26A]] Request: Attempt: 16]: Hit retry loop. Executing backoff strategy. Unable to post messages: Internal Server Error (500) Server Error

The below ping is working fine -

molecule/message/process-track/10_24_10_61$ ping
PING ( 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=1 ttl=241 time=130 ms
64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=2 ttl=241 time=127 ms
64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=3 ttl=241 time=132 ms

However another node in the same molecule is doing fine and executions on this node are showing up in the Process Reporting.
