I want to know if molecule is always faster (with an individual batch execution) than a Local Atom. Is it always performance better than a local atom.
No, the differences between an Atom, Molecule, and Cloud have nothing to do with the speed of an individual execution. They will all perform equivalently in that respect (dependent on the hosting infrastructure). The benefits of a Molecule (and Cloud) over an Atom have to do with scalability (being able to do more work) and robustness (being tolerant of machine failures and achieving zero downtime for realtime integrations). more details here: Performance Matters: Scaling Integration Processes to Meet the Needs of Your Business .
