Connection Error while running in Test mode!

I have a deployed process which syncs customer, order, and contact from Salesforce into Netsuite. Both Salesforce and NetSuite are live accounts. I have made few changes in the process and when I test run I get an error saying Netsuite credentials are incorrect. But my deployed process which is using the same Netsuite connection (netsuite 2014.2) is working fine. I really don't understand why this happens. Can anyone please help me to solve this issue? It is very urgent.
