[S:Client.INPUT_ERROR] AuditLog could not be saved

The following error occurred last light in a process deployed to our production Atom:

This error caused the processing to have a long enough delay in returning an ACK message to SF (which tells SF to take the originating outbound message off of its queue) that it lead to a SF re-sending the original message.  This resend led to a duplication of the corresponding processing that occurs in the related process invoked by the Atomsphere API connector call.


I have two questions.  What caused this error?  Is there anything we can do to prevent it, such as disabling the audit logging?
