This is really urgent , I am trying to test my Boomi Process but for unknown reasons it is not executing the process. Process get stuck at start-No Data shape. Screenshot below. We have even restarted the Atom Env, but no luck.
Based on my research Some of the possible solution to this problem are as follows,
Can you get past the first shape with something like this?
Process options: (set to default)
My Process options are same as you have mentioned set to default. But still my Process is getting stuck at Start- No data
Are you having problems with your pictured process only, or, all of them? When you created a simple process like mine, did it work? (maybe, its your 2nd shape in your pictured process and not the first)
It is with all process , even if i put a simple step like notify in 2nd shape , the flow do not move beyond Start-No Data.
Ok, I'm thinking that it is something with the Atom itself.
Is this a new Atom?
Please describe your Atom. For example. Is it Test or Production on a Windows server?
Are you having problems with all Atoms or only this one?
What version of Java are you using?
What access does the Atom have to the server?
In the installation folder for your Atom, there is a folder named logs. Do the container logs contain errors?
This is a Test Atom.Problem is with this atom alone, others are working fine.It is an old Atom, earlier it was working fine and i had tested and deployed few process on it . But now it is behaving little weird , Below are the details of Atom,

403 Forbidden. hmm. Almost seems that your test atom is having a problem talking with the platform. Perhaps, not all the firewall permissions are configured?
I had been working on this Atom for past few days without any issues. This issue has just appeared 2 days back.
I saw a post similar to my error , not sure what it means...
Unable to post messages: Forbidden (403) Forbidden
Interesting post. I think it does match what you are experiencing.
It says: "please verify that the server time (where the atom is installed) is accurate.".
It sounds like the server date/time or maybe timezone? is different than what the platform expects.
